So the day was sunny at 5:30 so I went to work in just a shirt and tie (well and trousers obviously!), this was good.
I was listening to an ecclectic mix of music on my new phone, this was also good.
I stopped at the tattooist at lunch time, to see about new tattoo, they didnt have what I was looking for, not so good.
I bought lunch, this was very good
I got accosted by 15 year old chav, wanting fags but failing that my sausage roll, this was WTF?
Had small chat with pint size chav who decided to punch me.....but managed instead to put his weeny hand in mind for crushing, this was funny
Finished eating sausage roll and wandered off wondering what else suprising could happen.
Phoned bunch of estate agents about houses on their websites, to be told they had all gone some time ago, not good
Wondered why they dont update their websites.
Had e-response from one estate agents saying please dont mail us we only deal with people over the phone, it was an email from you website, I mean dude!!??!
Found a couple of houses to look at, called agents, was told by the agents that one was a bit tired and I shouldnt waste my time.........ummm go salesmanship......on the upside they did point out some rather nice property.
Out of 24 houses, managed to get a viewing for one.......
Rather keen about seeing folks and the G next week.
Also keen about doing fire for it, so if anyone can do fire and hasnt got hold of me yet please post!
(Lisa, Gemma, Meg, Jam, Buxton and me at present). So I figure the cooking team, Jam, Meg and Gary should be pretty darn chuffed at all of those comments.

The party bookings were great and Claire and Jam were pretty awesome doing fire. The banter between Jam and I in the last act felt really cool as well, will have to nab him one weekend to work on it properly!

Did lots of diploming and sorting out problems for people as well as answering prayers. Was really chuffed to get back to camp from one mission to be told that there had been a supplication about me which was pretty awesome.

So sitting here tired in my chair at work, trying to overcome the dreamlike state of tiredness that has overcome me from the weekend.

All in all I think considering what we had to work with that it went pretty darn well. OK we bit the bullet and decided that we didnt want to put the legs on the pagoda, on the upside it did give one of our dispossessed groups somewhere to go an shelter in the end.

The guys running the laws and paperwork did an outstanding job, and everyone seemed to enjoy filling out forms with such a socialist feel.

While the endurance contest didnt get many folks entering, it being a little cold and windy at the time, those that did, still seemed to have fun. However the Sumo seemed to be a big hit with everyone.

Sunday night finished with fireworks and the big celestial gala which seemed to work really well (or at least we hope it did, only a few negative comments).

Got some cool ideas for events to come, for food and entertainments that we can look into.

And now to chase up Virgin Media again, and point out that almost a month after my supposed connection date, I still have no services. Do they actually want my custom I wonder?

Anywho once the above is sorted and I actually have net connection at home, I will once more be posting more interesting details onto my LJ.

Progress on the Terracotta army we are building will start in earnest tonight, plans for other bits are progressing well. Claire has made another awesome dress over the weekend while I was at the Vipers, photos to follow of that also.

The Vipers event was really cool, big thanks to all the organisers for an event well run!

Well lots of photo and video updates I would like to make, however Virgin still havent actually managed to install us with....well any services. Allegedly they are coming this saturday to lay the cables up to the house that have until now been missing. After which at some point in the future someone will come and actually connect those to inside the house!!

Anyway, last night revealed the first of our terracotta army. A 13" high teraccota soldier, hand cast by us in finest alpha plaster and dyed with the use of poster paint in the plaster a lovely dark grey colour. Kinda looking forward to getting 20 or so done so that I can see first hand how they will look en masse.

Experiments with fire are also progressing well, ordered some boric acid, still awaiting its arrival however........really looking forward to playing with green fire!!! However will take some video footage of staffness.

Plotted more stuff for Maelstrom, all in all is shaping up well.......a few more entertainers and I think we are all set. Will once net connection is established post up some pics of how the shrines will look, and the prelim sketches of the playhouse.

So I just bit the bullet and ordered my new firestaff. Having decided that I liked the length of the aluminium one and was happy with the bigger burners, I just got a pro fibreglass one that wont bend with some of the drops and flicks I am working on. Have also ordered a fire flag, its pretty crazy and experimental, its like the flag stuff folks have seen Jam and I working on....just on fire instead!!

Coming soon photos of green fire!

Well the weekend was cool, Claire and I had a good mooch into town, did some clothes shopping and some food shopping and generally walked about together with no real aim than walking about together.

Cooked much food in the evening and watched the two DVD's we had bought. Zodiac was pretty good, however 28 weeks later....well less said the better....am even considering if I can get a refund for it.

Sunday saw me practicing yet more with the fire staff on some new moves...more to follow.
